All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped promptly.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • United States / Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
  • Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.


Shipping Fees

We offer standard shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Occasionally, we may provide free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to monitor your shipment status at any time.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items returned without prior contact
  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your ceramic cup arrives damaged, broken, or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at assist@jamiesellen.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at assist@jamiesellen.com with your order details
  2. Our support team will provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

Please do not return items without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be changed.
